Just 1 km from the center of town and 1.5 km from the beach, surrounded by a green garden park of 5000 square meters, facing a large tree-lined oasis of communal property, among the oleanders, hydrangeas and colourful hawthorns, lies our holiday homes and the owner's house. The ceramic-tiled floors, the special curtains and special combination of antique and modern furniture, add a bright and fresh touch to these lively and finely-furnished apartments. Each apartment is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. The convivial large table amongst the pine trees is an ideal place to enjoy breakfast or lunch with your family or make friends with other guests.
If you would like to relax among a peaceful environment, you are definitely in the right place, yet at the same time, if you wish, you can enjoy all the opportunities that Lake Como has to offer.
Our complex consists of three cottages and the owner's house.
All the villas are two-story buildings. One has been divided into two apartments, each with a separate entrance from the garden.
All the accommodations are serviced by a large, illuminated and fenced car park, with an automatic gate. For bicycles and motorbikes we can provide a box upon request.
This apartment has an area of approx. 60 sqm. Located on the first floor, it contains a hall, living room, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, 4-burner gas stove, coffee maker), independent heating, a satellite TV, washing machine, sofa bed, a bedroom furnished with a double bed, another bedroom with two twin beds, a bathroom with a shower, bidet and toilet, and a porch complete with garden furniture.
Surrounded by a tranquil and green environment, ideal for a comfortable and relaxing vacation, the accommodation lies just 1km from the center of Colico, a great place to linger a bit and admire Lario's Lake from the largest square of the village or stroll along the paths accompanied by the lapping of the water and then, in the end, reach the pier from where you can take a hydrofoil on a sightseeing tour of the lake. Just 1.5 km from the accommodation there is a beautiful sandy beach with a lawn, complete with a bar and catering service. Here you can enjoy kite-surfing, sailing and other water sports. Nearby there are tennis courts, a soccer field, and, just a little bit further, a riding stable. There is a golf course (Caiolo) just 35km away. If you would like to leave your car behind, you can take the train that connects Milano (90 km), Sondrio (40 km) and Chiavenna (30 km). 35 km away, in the resort of Caiolo (SO), you will find a golf course and a small airport.

The price does not include: change of bed linen, € 10 per person - change of towels, 10 euro per person, change of kitchen towels, 7 euro per change - final cleaning, 50 euro per apartment, 70 euro for the entire house (required) - heating consumption, 0.9 euro/m3 - electricity consumption, 0.37 euro/kWh - Water, 1 euro per person per day (mandatory) - Bike rental, 8 euro per person per day - additional night fee of 10 euro per person per day - deposit of 150 euro (mandatory).
