On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, kitchen and living / dining room, plus a bedroom and bathroom. The open kitchen is equipped with a toaster, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and washing machine. There are both gas and electric cookers. The French windows of the kitchen lead out onto a private terrace. The living room contains a satellite TV and DVD player and has permanent Internet access. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. Here garden doors also give access to the private terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, sink and (modified) toilet.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, safe, shower, sink, toilet and balcony. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds and have a balcony / terrace. Then there is a bathroom equipped with a bath with shower, sink and toilet.
Finally, on the second floor you’ll find a kitchen and a roof terrace.
This 4-bedroom villa with its many balconies, fine furnishings and the possibility to use air-conditioning (for a fee), guarantees a comfortable holiday for up to 8 persons.
To fully enjoy the surrounding environment, access to a car is ideal (rentals available at Milas Airport in Bodrum). You can park the car in a private space at the villa. To reach the town of Yalikavak you can make use of a shuttle bus. The “dolmus” (public transport) runs three times a day to Yalikavak.
The villa is only a short distance from the beach and tourist port town of Yalikavak (approx. 5 km). Barely 20 km away lies the resort of Bodrum, where you will find one of the most beautiful bays in the world. From there you can book one of several boat trips to the Greek island of Kos. A remarkable experience! From Bodrum there are also organized excursions to Dalyan, with its royal tombs and mud baths (230 km), and the famous excavations of the extraordinarily beautiful city of Ephesus (250 km). Remember to bring water for the trip.
For those who truly love history and the art of antiquity, three places are a must. In the town of Didim (136 km) lies Didyma, an ancient city which contains the ruins of the Ionic Temple of Apollo. Miletus (22 km away) is the city where the philosopher Thales of Miletus came from. A little to the north lies Priene (23 km), which was once a holy city and has the ancient Greek temple of Pallas Athene. This tour can easily be done in one day. Always carry water with you! An apple is also very good for small children.
This will be a holiday full of impressions as well as opportunities for relaxation – in short, a holiday to remember!
