This comfortable and spacious villa can accommodate up to 8 persons and has an area of over 140m2. It consists of 2 floors. The layout of the villa is as follows. Ground floor: an entrance hall, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, dining area and kitchen. 1st floor: a living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms on the ground floor are furnished with 1 double bed and have fitted wardrobes. In the spacious living room there is a 2-person sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, satellite TV with DVD player, CD player and a table with 4 chairs. The dining area adjoins the living room and includes a dining table with 8 chairs and a fully-equipped kitchen with numerous appliances including a microwave, oven, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, 4-burner ceramic hob, kettle, fridge and toaster plus ample crockery. The ground-floor bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, toilet and double sinks. The staircase in the hall leads to the upper floor where you’ll find a second living room (with sofa, TV and wood-burning stove) and an open bedroom furnished with 2 single beds. The fourth bedroom has a double bed, single bed and several wardrobes. On this floor there is a second bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink. The villa has 3 fireplaces, but these are just for decoration as the house is centrally heated. In the basement you can use the freezer along with a washer and dryer. As guests of the villa you can naturally make full use of the well-equipped communal barn, terrace, barbecue, garden, parking lot and playground facilities.
This holiday villa is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the town of Hřivínův Újezd, with a variety of facilities within easy reach. Within a radius of just 15 km you can: relax at the famous spa resort of Luhačovice with its medicinal springs and colonnades, or go shopping in the city itself. The nearby artificial Lake Luhačovička is excellent for swimming, fishing and water sports and there is an outdoor pool here as well. The unique nature of the White Carpathians (with forests and a very special flora / fauna) is ideal for walking and cycling or you can visit the town of Zlin known for the Baťa Shoe company. You can visit the local museum or pay a visit to a typical labor housing complex to relive the days of a bygone era. Golf enthusiasts can indulge their passion at a 9-hole golf course. Want to know what life was like in a castle? Then the castle of Buchlov (45 km) with its painted Gothic wood paneling and fine furniture, or the baroque castle of Buchlovice (40 km), are certainly worth a visit! Restaurants, cafes and shops are everywhere in the area. A selection of recommended tours: Velehrad (32 km) with a basilica and monastery; Kroměříž (45 km) has an exceptionally complete and well-preserved example of an archiepiscopal residence (with beautiful gardens) from the baroque period (a UNESCO World Heritage site) where you will also find paintings by famous masters such as Van Dyck, Titian and Dürer; Kroměříž also has a zoo; Kostelany (38 km) with its Western City with horses, swimming pool, etc; Brno, the second city of the Czech Republic, with numerous supermarkets, the large Globus department store, Špilberk castle and a zoo; and finally the Moravian Karst, an area filled with caves and caverns. Punkevní Cave has splendid rooms and there's also a very deep gorge that you can visit by lift. Guides are available in German and English.

Bed linen and towels are provided. Cleaning is 45.00 euro per villa (mandatory). Energy costs are to be settled at the end of your stay. Fee for cooling in summer: 40.00 euro / per week surcharge; heating charge in winter: 100.00 euro / per week. No smoking in the house. Pets are not allowed. You must pay a deposit of 150.00 euro upon arrival.
Wood is not present. You can buy firewood in the supermarket or hardware store.
