Are you looking for a luxurious accommodation set in the beautiful natural paradise of the Czech Republic? Then look no further! In the fairytale landscape of Southern Bohemia - especially the area known as the Czech Canada - just three minutes from the Austrian border, you will find this spacious holiday resort which was built in 2007. It consists of various types of luxurious villas, characterized by a very spacious and romantic design, situated in a large park-type setting, surrounded by woods and fields. In the immediate vicinity of the park there are two popular courses of the Monachus Golf Resort (with a total of 27 holes) which are considered by experts to be among the best in the Czech Republic. Other opportunities for golf enthusiasts can be found in nearby Austria. The surrounding countryside is ideal for hiking and cycling on well-paved and marked hiking and biking trails. In winter you can ski on the (floodlit in the evening) slope just outside of Nova Bystrice. In addition, there are several groomed cross-country trails in the immediate vicinity. Standard features of this villa include a private garage and a sunny terrace of no less than 72 m2, complete with garden furniture so you can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the beautiful surroundings. In short, here you'll find all the ingredients for an active or relaxing holiday with family or friends.

This holiday villa - situated in a beautiful and spacious parkland - sleeps between 7 and 9 persons and consists of 2 floors covering a total floor area of 265 m2. Besides the luxurious amenities (by Western standards), the villa offers a spacious terrace of no less than 72 m2. On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen, a dining area, a spacious living room and a TV room. The open kitchen is equipped with all the modern conveniences including a refrigerator, freezer, 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave and coffee maker. The spacious dining area - adjacent to the kitchen - has a teak table with 8 chairs. The beautiful and luxurious living room has a comfortable sofa, an LCD TV, DVD player and air-conditioning, and offers direct access to the terrace. Next to the living room there is a TV room, which also has a sofa bed. This is suitable for 2 children or 1 adult. There is also the possibility (for a small fee) for an extra guest bed to be added for a 9th person. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms suitable for a total of 7 people; two bathrooms, both equipped with a shower, bath, washbasin, bidet, toilet and underfloor heating. There are also 2 separate toilets. The living room and 2 bedrooms are air-conditioned. Of course you can use the existing Internet connection (ADSL) and the washing machine. The house is centrally heated. The villa includes a private garage with storage area, ample parking and a large well-kept garden. All villas have been lovingly decorated and are well-maintained so you can enjoy a totally carefree holiday!

This villa is surrounded by nature and yet lies within easy reach of sporting, cultural and recreational facilities. You can go for beautiful walks or bike rides through the fairytale landscape with its fresh forests, green meadows and unusual rock formations. The rivers and lakes invite you to swim, fish or enjoy a variety of water sports. You can also go horseback riding in the countryside or play a round of golf in summer. In winter the landscape lends itself to skiing and cross-country skiing. These are just some of the many possibilities to help you really enjoy your holiday! A few details: Cycling can be done in the immediate vicinity, and if the hills are a bit too tiring then approx. 10 km away you can rent an E-Bike. The villa is a great base for a golfing holiday. Just a few kilometers away there is the 18-hole championship course of Mnich and the 9-hole course of Nová Bystřice. A short distance away there are the two top Austrian 18-hole courses of Haugschlag. 10 km away there is the 18-hole par-3 course of GC Herrensee where (even without CFP) you can enjoy a nice round of golf. This part of the Czech Republic has a rich history which is visible in the beautiful towns that lie within a radius of 20-35 km, such as: Jindřichův Hradec, with its old town and an aqua park; Cervena Lhota, with a Renaissance castle in the middle of a lake, used as the setting for many fairy tale movies; Slavonice, a historic city with a row of townhouses with lush Renaissance facades, vaulted halls and public subterranean vaults; and Telc, a part of UNESCO’s World Heritage list thanks to its stunning center. The castle of Landštejn is a colossal fortress which long ago stood watch over the troubled Czech-Austrian border. Also worth a visit: the spa town of Trebon with its Renaissance castle with historic interiors and stables, containing an exposition about the breeding and training of horses. A part of the defense system of Trebon is still intact. In short, your villa is situated in an area full of nature, culture, history and sports. And there is nothing better than to close the day with a tasty and inexpensive meal at one of the numerous restaurants in the area.
