This accommodation is located on either the ground floor or first floor. It has an area of about 45m² and can accommodate two adults plus two children. From the window you overlook the beautiful surrounding countryside. The living room contains a double bed sofa and a corner kitchen which is fully-equipped including an electric stove, oven, refrigerator and Italian coffeemaker (mocha). There is one bedroom furnished with 1 double bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and bidet. The houses on the ground floor have a private terrace complete with furniture while the apartments on the first floor have their own spot in the garden (also with outdoor furniture). Each apartment is comfortably furnished, has tiled floors in the living room and parquet flooring in the bedroom, plus air-conditioning and a TV.
Nestled at the foot of Mount Ingino, Gubbio is one of the oldest cities in Umbria. It has been very well preserved down through the centuries and contains a wealth of monuments which witness to its glorious past. Gubbio is surrounded by a large urban area near the Apennine Mountains of Umbria-Marche and Burano. Situated on a lower slope of Mt Ingino, it overlooks the Tiber valley. This is an area rich in natural landscapes, streets and trails, ancient castles, churches, abbeys and cloisters. The holiday complex makes an ideal base for a variety of excursions including: Perugia, Assisi, Montefalco and Urbino, or the nature park of Umbria-Marche near the park of Monte Cucco. This is a predominantly mountainous park featuring beech trees and pastures, steep cliffs and canyons of great charm. Mount Cucco (1566 meters above sea level) is also known for containing one of the most important caves in Italy, partly open to visitors. Within the park lie many small historic centers, rich in cultural and artistic relics. The natural beauty of the area makes the park ideal for a variety of sports activities like caving, cross-country skiing, gliding and hiking.

Breakfast is served each morning from 8:30 to 10:30 am. This buffet offers a variety of sweet and savory delights: warm croissants, fresh fruit, yogurt and cereals, but also cheese and salami as well as fine healthy locally made products such as pastries, honey and orange jam.
