This nice chalet has an area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 8 persons. It has three bedrooms, furnished with a total of 6 single beds. In the living room there is a double bed sofa. The fully-equipped kitchen contains a ceramic cooker, refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster. There are two bathrooms, one of them equipped with a bathtub, the other with a shower. Furthermore, the accommodation offers the following facilities: a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, barbecue, fireplace, iron, private swimming pool, open-air car parking in the same building (2 places) and a satellite TV.

The beautiful beaches of Javea's 25-km-long coastline are mainly of stone and gravel. For example, the beaches of "Gravel" and "Cala Blanca" are perfect for water sports such as windsurfing, canoeing and jet-skiing. The small bays of Portitxol and Tang with their gravel beaches are ideal for diving and snorkeling.
