Tourist resort Cap d’Agde,  is a beautiful resort in the Languedoc Roussillon region. Prominent destination by the sea, the city offers 14 km of sandy beaches to enjoy the sea with family or friends.
The  Residence is ideally located 150 meters from Rochelongue Beach and promises sunny swimming and relaxing moments in the warm sand of the seaside resort. Built according to the standards of "Low Consumption Buildings", Nakara shows the perfect harmony of architecture with nature.
In Cap d'Agde there are many water activities and sports, including an 18-hole golf course and an international tennis club. A network of hiking trails attract you to pleasant walks along the quays. A bike path connects the resort with Agde.
The  Residence offers catering and a bar with terrace to enjoy a meal under the sun in Agde.

During your stay in the Nakara residence, you can park your car in the free outdoor parking space. In the recreation area you can enjoy the outdoor pool with a children's pool for the younger guests. Well-being enthusiasts can visit the designated area (at an additional cost), including a gym, sauna and hammam.

Conditions :
Price in euros, per accommodation and per stay.
Deposit to be paid on site: €500
The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure or returned by post.

Arrival and departure times :
Rental formula (from 7 nights) : arrival from 5 p.m. - Departure before 10 a.m.
Escapade formula (short stay from 1 to 6 nights) : arrival from 4 p.m. - Departure before 11
a.m. late arrival, it is imperative to inform the reception of the residence before 7 p.m. who will tell you the procedure to follow.
Only 1 dog is accepted at this accommodation, with no exceptions.

* Extra end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. Please note that all accommodation must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. Any breach in the cleanliness of the accommodation returned and requiring a cleaning intervention other than that described in our GCS will be subject to invoicing through the deposit.

* With up-to-date vaccination record and tattoo. Dogs must be kept on a leash within the grounds of the residence.
