The 12-people accommodation is unique in the Netherlands because of its location, comfort and design. This villa is located directly at the Loosdrecht Lakes. It can accommodate up to 12 people. Through the covered entrance you reach the living room with a sun room, fireplace and kitchen. The master bedroom with two single beds has direct access to the bathroom. The bathroom can be entered from the hallway as well. There are two other bedrooms, one furnished with two single beds or one double bed and the third bedroom has two bunk beds, a balcony and can be reached via a spiral staircase. Via the landing you will end up in the Penthouse. Through a spacious entrance you reach the living room with sliding doors and a gorgeous balcony. In this room we have a furnished kitchen, with all modern appliances, and a kitchen island for guests to prepare their food. There is also a sofa bed here which can accommodate two people. The bedroom with a double bed and bathroom perfectly combines spaciousness with all comforts, including a Turkish bath.

The spacious sun terrace is situated in front of the sun room with sliding doors, the adjacent loggia is accessible through the patio door.
The panoramic villa and Penthouse are equipped with a modern kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob and various other built-in appliances. The villa is built with including sun protection double glass, modern tile, heated floors, washer and dryer and cable connection. This villa has a reserved mooring spot assigned to it for no extra cost, in the yachts harbor.

The Loosdrecht lakes, an idyllic place for water sports, offer numerous opportunities for a most successful holiday or a day trip. The five connected lakes, the Vuntus Plas, the Stille Plas and the clear drinking water lake, offer 3600 hectares of wonderful aquatic sports fun. Loosdrecht also has many other recreational venues; it is not for nothing that the Dutch named it the "Water Garden". For the holidaymaker who is looking for peace and relaxation, there is the unspoiled Vuntusplas. Motorboats have a limited access there. Rent a canoe or a boat so you can discover the beautiful plants and the unique birdlife here, or follow the "Vuntusvaarroute". In the many marinas around the lakes there are various sailing and surfing schools for both young and old. Fishing, round trip excursions, shopping, tennis, mini golf, arts, strolling or enjoying a concert, they are all much preferred activities for visitors in and around Loosdrecht. The gastronomy is also great here. Furthermore, Loosdrecht is also set up for times when weather is not too great. There is an indoor pool, indoor tennis and squash courts, riding stables, a snooker and bowling center and even a children's party center. During the high season every weekend offers something special to do. There are busy evening markets with live music at the Old Loosdrechtsedijk and the annual fair on the Nootweg in Nieuw Loosdrecht. The fairy tale-like gondola rides in the third Saturday of August every year is a fascinating spectacle on water. In late June there is the "Around Loosdrecht" long boats tour, with live music and snacks and drinks along the route.
