Welcome to this mediterranean style house, with an 8m x 4m chlorine swimming pool, and a depth ranging that goes from 1m to 1.9. The terrace with six hammocks, beside the beautiful garden, ideal to relax under the majorcan sun, or prepare a tasty barbecue at the afternoon with your loved ones. There is an external shower, perfect to use after a swim. The gorgeous smell of the flowers at the facade and all the atmosphere makes this place so peaceful and such a mediterranean experience. There are direct neighbours, but a lot of privacy as the property is fenced.





Interior

Indoors, is decorated with white and pastel colours, making you feel a very calm sensation. There is a comfortable living-room, with TV and a ceiling fan, a totally equipped gas kitchen, two bedrooms with two single beds each, a third one with a double bed and a bathroom with a bath. Besides, there's 1 exterior toilet.

You will also find a washing room with a washing machine, an iron and an iron board. The bedrooms have views to the garden or the courtyard. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair.

Located at the quiet residential area of Cala Blava, you can go walking to the beach. We also recommend visiting Playa de Palma, Son Verí cove or the idyllic Es Trenc beach. You can drive with easy access to Palma de Mallorca, and enjoy the wide range of culture, leisure, shops and nightlife offer. Don't miss La Seu Cathedral, Castillo de Bellver and the legendary old town, with its flowery courtyards and flagstoned streets. If you like fashion, you can go shopping to Paseo del Borne, Plaza Mayor and all the surrounding streets. There are a lot of traditional and modern restaurants and bars, coffee shops and discos that make this city so special!
