This dapper villa was built in 1989 and has been carefully renovated in 2016. During hot summer days, you can refresh yourself in the 5mx 3m private chlorine pool with a depth of 1.3m. The pool is surrounded by a mediterranean garden with different plants, Buddha-Statues and trees, a heavenly place for making a barbecue, having a glass of wine on the terrace, taking a nap on the sofa or getting tanned on one of the two loungers. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbours.





Interior

Indoors, you'll feel the warm and invitingly flair from the very first moment. The big living room with sofa is a nice place for watching TV (channels in Spanish and German) or having a cup of tea next to the fireplace. The kitchen with dining area is open to the living area, and it is well-equipped, including a vitro hob. There's also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The master bedroom has a warm-rustic style, including A/C, wardrobe and access to the terrace. There's also space for a cot/high chair if necessary. The most distinguishing detail of this room is the open bathroom, where you can enjoy relaxing moments in the spa bath. The remaining two bedrooms (no A/C) have two single beds with unique wooden heads. The second bath has a shower.

Surroundings

A 15 minutes' drive takes you to the city of Inca with lots of services like restaurants, supermarkets and shops. On Thursday takes place the weekly market. The next sand beach is Can Picafort, in the north of the island. Furthermore, you could visit Son Serra de Marina, Puerto de Alcúdia or Playa de Formentor. If you like to practise outdoor sports, we recommend you a visit of the Tramuntana Mountains, perfect for hiking and cycling.
