The chlorine pool is private and has a size of 5.4m x 2.7m and a depth of 1.5m. There is also a ping pong table and barbecue. Before and after swimming, you can use the outdoor shower. On the terrace you can celebrate large evenings and outdoor meals. The plot of the house is fenced. Because it is inside the village, there are neighbours next door.

Interior
In the decoration of the interior we can see the great dedication and love of the owners for this house. It is tastefully equipped to make you feel at home. The house has AC in all rooms. On the ground floor, you can relax on the sofa in the living room, watch a movie on the Smart-TV or eat together. The kitchen has a cheerful style and is - thanks to the large windows - very bright. Here you can cook your favourite dishes as the kitchen is equipped with a mixer, oven, induction hob and cooking utensils. In addition, there is a table and several chairs to eat there. The separate laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron with ironing board. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double bed and wardrobe. Both have space to prepare a cot if you are travelling with your baby and there is also a baby bathtub. A high chair can be provided on request. One bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom with shower and there is another separate bathroom with shower on the first floor. The third and last bedroom is on the first floor and has a double bed, a wardrobe and an unfurnished balcony with beautiful views over the rooftops of the village.

The finca is located in Muro, in the north of Majorca, 15 km away from the coast and the beautiful beaches of Can Picafort and Capellanes. The beach offers many services such as sun beds and umbrellas for rent, beach bars serving good cocktails and food and the possibility to practice water sports. In Can Picafort you can go for a long walk along the promenade, party or go shopping. In the village of Muro you will find everything you need for an independent stay, e.g. supermarket, petrol station and bars.
