All of them have air conditioning. There is availability for 1 baby cot. In addition to the en suite bathrooms, the house has 1 toilet in the ground floor. The living-dining room is very cosy, with 2 sofas, TV-Sat, 1 fireplace, a table with chairs and air conditioning. The kitchen, independent and vitro, has everything you need to cook without any problem. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Moreover, its energy source is ecological, as it is obtained through aerothermal energy. Cala Sant Vicenç is a very charming place as it is a quiet area, with the sea and the mountains nearby. Cala Sant Vicenç has a small supermarket, some souvenirs and restaurants with sea views.
