Situated in the centre of Winterberg you can enjoy your stay in this big studio. It has been renovated in 2013. The room is partially devided in order to create a nice sleeping area containing two single beds. There is a full kitchen and WiFi is accessible in the entire apartment. The bathroom is fitted with wash stand, shower and toilet. You can also enjoy the big balcony and use the wellness facilities in the complex, such as sauna, pool and sun bed. There is a storage box for skis and bikes.

The apartment (4.Floor) is located right next to the ski slopes and the hiking routes. The shared rooftop terrace is a great place to relax in the sun or to have a BBQ. The complex also has a swimming pool and a sauna. These are free for holiday makers. The solarium, washing machine and dryer can be used against payment. There is an elevator in the complex.

Conditions of the landlord:
At some of our accommodations you can use the (communal) swimming pool or there is a swimming pool in the area. Due to the energy measures in Germany, the swimming pools are unfortunately not heated until further notice. Any existing saunas will still work as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.
The rental price includes energy costs.
Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.
