Location

Very comfortable three-room apartment on 2 levels, inserted in the residential tourist complex of Cala Rosa. Given its position, it is the ideal holiday home for those who want a relaxing holiday without confusion, but still comfortable on foot by the sea. In front of the villa there is the sea with the first rocky coves, followed by the Ancora bathing establishment at 500 meters, followed by the Gabbiano beach at another 500 meters, in front of the Roccaruja Hotel, and a little further paradise of the Pelosa and Pelosetta beaches.
In the immediate vicinity of the villa there is also the bus stop which takes you to the characteristic village of Stintino as well as to the beaches, even the most distant, of the Stintino area.

Interior

The apartment is located on the ground floor and it is composed of a large living room with kitchenette and sofa bed and first bathroom; on the first floor second bathroom and two double bedrooms, one with a small terrace with a unique view of the sea and the Asinara Island. The property includes a large garden where there is a barbecue area for tasty grills and for relaxing outdoors and a reserved parking space. Present: TV and washing machine.
