The sleeping area is composed of: double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds or if necessary can be put together to create one double, single bedroom, communicating with an enclosed veranda, with a sofa bed that serves as a fourth bedroom and bathroom ; the sleeping area is equipped with air conditioning / heating located in the passage entrance. The property includes a veranda with table and chairs with beautiful sea view, the courtyard with trees and equipped with barbecue and outdoor shower. Present: TV and dishwasher. The second housing, partially basement, consists of spacious living area with kitchenette, table with benches and sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. This air-conditioning in the living area. The property, the veranda with table, chairs and barbecue, outdoor shower in common, the laundry room with access from the courtyard, with a further bathroom and three parking spaces. The house is situated in a quiet and sunny area with private access to residents only.

Surroundings

Cala Golone is an excellent starting point for diving into the wonderful waters of the beaches of the Gulf of Orosei, Osalla and Cala Cartoe for example, as well as for hiking or climbing in the wild hinterland.

Conditions of the landlord:

Consumption of water, electricity and gas: included in the rental price.
Kitchenette and crockery to be left tidy and clean; otherwise a supplement of €50.00 will be applied.
Linen hire upon notice: €20.00 per person.
Small pets: always on request, €50.00 per week.
Option to smoke only in outdoor spaces.
Late check in, on request (for arrivals after 21.00): €50.00; late check out (after 10.00): charge of an additional night's stay.
Tourist tax to be paid locally in cash according to the rules of the Municipality.
Security deposit: €200.00. It will be the customer's responsibility to arrange for the separate collection of waste and its disposal by following the collection table; upon its return, the accommodation must be free of all waste, failing which 50% of the security deposit will be retained.
