Under the porch, which can be closed with the vertical awning windows, you will find a fantastic built-in barbecue to sit all together and spend the afternoon while the little ones play at the playground. There also is a terrace in front of the house, covered with a large awning, which is perfect for a quiet tea or coffee.

Interior
The just one-storey house is equipped with gas oil central heating. You can enter the house from several entries. Inside, you will find a dining room with large windows to admire the garden, pool, and mountain views. The dining area leads to the sitting room which is equipped with comfortable sofas and armchairs where you can watch TV. The very spacious kitchen has a gas stove, oven, and a table with chairs. The house offers bedrooms with a closet each, one of them with a double bed, air-conditioning, and an en-suite shower bathroom. The other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds come with a fan each one. There is a second bathroom with a hydro-massage bathtub for the rest of the house. Of course, you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. If you are traveling with a baby, a cot and a high chair are also available on request.

The property is located 3.5 km away from the beach of El Arenal, where you will find a number of shops and restaurants to enjoy the views in their terraces and the water sports. There are some lookouts nearby that you can visit like Cala Blanca, Portitxol or Cap Negre.
