Holiday complex, situated in a green area, behind beautiful pinewoods, 500 m from the beach. It is built of villas of one or two floors, composed from one to twelve apartments. For the clients, two large areas, each with two swimming-pools for a total surface of about 1000 m2 of water. All apartments have an independent entrance, garden or balcony and a numbered parking place.

• Beach facilities (1 beach umbrella + 1 sun chair + 1 sun bed) free of charge. Free choice of the beach facility position according to availability. The beach service is guaranteed from May to September.
• Beach shuttle bus – final stop at the beach sector “Un nuovo posto al sole” – every 30 minutes starting 08 a.m to 7.00 p.m. This service is guaranteed from 18.05-21.09.
Additional free services:
• 1 invitation per stay to Europarty: an outdoor party where free spaghetti, wine and soft drinks are served and with musical entertainment. It is subject to weather conditions and will take place from 27.05-15.09
