Outside you can enjoy the tranquillity of the surroundings on the cool terrace surrounded by greenery and covered by a thatched roof. In addition, there is a small chlorine pool, with dimensions of 3 x 3 m and a constant depth of 1.1 m, which will be perfect for refreshing yourself on the hottest days. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.


This century-old house has been recently restored and offers not only the charm of yesteryear but also all the modern comforts. On the ground floor, we find the living room where you can rest on the comfortable sofas with the warmth of the wood stove on the coldest days. The kitchen-dining room has a gas cooktop and a comfortable table where you can enjoy your family meals. It also has access to the outside. Outside you find the washing machine and there is also an iron and ironing board. A toilet completes the ground floor. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and the other with twin beds. Another bathroom with a shower completes this floor. If you are traveling with your baby, we can prepare a cot and a highchair for you.


The house is attached to the building of the adjoining property, although it is completely independent. The wooded area is perfect to enjoy nature by hiking or cycling. The town of Andratx is just 5 km from the property, and there you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay. If you want to go to the beach, the closest is Camp de Mar, 8.7 km from the house.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years old, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay.
