Welcome to this spectacular 19th-century Finca recently renovated and located among the fields of Sant Joan. It has a private pool and capacity for 10 people.

After a day of excursions around the island, you can cool off in the fantastic saltwater pool that measures 10 x 3 meters and has a depth that ranges between 1.20 and 1.60 meters. You can sunbathe on the surrounding sunbeds and enjoy a delicious barbecue or a drink at sunset on the different terraces around the house. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.


The 2-story house preserves the traditional character of yesteryear and has been decorated with exquisite taste and equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. On the ground floor, you will find the living room equipped with AC and TV sets, the beautiful dining room, the separate kitchen with gas cooktop, a bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with twin beds. On the first floor, you have the other 4 bedrooms, all with AC. They are equipped with twin beds each except one that has a trundle bed, and one of them also has an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom with a shower on this floor. The house is equipped with oil central heating for the winter months, as well as a cot and high chair in case you travel with your baby. There is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.


The house is located in a bucolic setting in the middle of the fields on the outskirts of Sant Joan. The town offers the basic services for an independent stay. Its central location allows quick access to the various corners of the island. The closest beach is Playa de Muro about 24 km away, a golden sandy beach of several km of turquoise waters.
