This large estate, with plenty of space to rest and relax, offers a private pool and has a capacity for 10 people, who will have the possibility to visit the beautiful nearby beaches of Cala Santanyí, Cala Figuera, or Es Trenc.

The private chlorine pool is the main protagonist of the outdoor area of this immense property. It measures 9 x 5 meters and has a depth that ranges from 1 to 1.8 meters. Around you can sunbathe on the sunbeds and enjoy a delicious barbecue. The pool area is closed to protect the little ones. You can also sit on the porch of the house to have lunch or dinner alfresco. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.

Interior

The 2-story house preserves the Mallorcan character of yesteryear and at the same time has all the modern comforts. Upon entering we find a large room with sat TV. It connects with the dining area with a capacity for 10 people and AC. The separate kitchen has a ceramic hob. There is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The ground floor is completed with a bedroom with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, we have another living room and 4 more bedrooms, all with an en-suite bathroom with a shower or a bathtub. Two bedrooms have a double bed and the other two have 2 single beds each. And all bedrooms have AC and oil central heating. If you are travelling with your baby we will provide you with a cot and a high chair.

Surroundings

The house is located on a large estate surrounded by fields and peace and halfway between Campos and Santanyí. Its location is ideal if you want to visit the beautiful beaches of Es Trenc, Cala Santanyí, or Cala Llombards. It is also close to the beautiful Mondragó Natural Park. Although in the municipality of Campos, the house is a little closer to Santanyí, where you will find all the necessary services for your stay.
