Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in on the day of arrival is from 16:00. Check-out on the day of departure must be completed by 09:30 in the morning.

Occupancy and Accommodation Use
The facilities and equipment provided in the accommodation are intended for the maximum number of guests allowed. It is not permitted to exceed this number under any circumstances.

Mandatory and Optional Supplements

If applicable, additional costs will be specified on the reservation form.

• Bringing a pet is only allowed with the express permission of the property owner. An additional fee per pet will apply.

• The total amount due, as stated on the booking form, includes:

  • Initial and final cleaning

  • Bed linen and towels for the duration of your stay

  • Heating and air conditioning (usually included in the rental price; if not, these costs will be calculated and shown on the reservation form)

  • Gas and electricity (excluding any extra energy charges mentioned)

  • Garden and pool maintenance, if applicable. Maintenance staff will have access to the property to perform scheduled services

  • Service desk support for questions and assistance

All payments upon arrival at the check-in address can be made in cash or by credit card. Cheques are not accepted.
