This tastefully renovated holiday park is situated in the town of Hosingen. The park lies at an altitude of ca. 500m, between the picturesque towns of Clervaux and Vianden (15 km.) The park borders a large nature reserve which has several wonderful hiking routes. It is not without reason that Luxembourg is known as the 'green heart' of Europe! Many rivers and brooks flow through this region, a region full of forests, fields, vineyard-covered mountains and breathtaking landscapes. When there is snow, cross-country skiing is possible right behind the park.
The park has the following facilities: a reception area, tennis court, mini-golf, table tennis, playground, swimming pool with separate children's pool, (open starting May-and heated by water pomp) and a bar/restaurant. The rental fee for the tennis court is € 5, - per hour. There is animation between mid-July and mid-August for children. Free Wifi is available at the whole park. All holiday homes have been completely renovated in the summer of 2015.
Right next to the park, just 100 meters away, there is an ultra-modern and extensive sport and leisure pool. In this public complex you will find several swimming pools, numerous spa treatments, fitness equipment, and a snack bar, where you can eat or drink. It is really an experience to be there! As a guest of the park you can make free use of the indoor pool for 3 hours per day. For an additional fee you can - of course - stay longer. The sauna, fitness room and massage can only be used against a fee. The complex is open from 8 am to 9 pm (on Sundays from 9 am to 9 pm). At La Sapinière park you can hit a ball on the colorful 12-hole Adventure Golf Course. The mini-golf course is in the style of the Flintstones and offers lots of fun for young and old, all year round!

The property has a bathroom with tub and sink, which is located on the ground floor. There is a separate shower and a separate toilet. The wooden stairs lead you to the living room with a fireplace, TV (with international channels), and a dining area.
The spacious, fully equipped kitchen area has four hot plates, an extractor hood, a coffee maker, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher and a full inventory.
The living room leads to the balcony with garden furniture and a beautiful view! The layout may vary depending on the property. A pet is allowed. The 2nd pet is only on request.

At the French border lies the health resort of Mondorf-Les-Bains. From Hosingen it is possible to undertake excursions to Echternach, Clervaux, Vianden, the town of Luxemburg and the Belgian Ardennes. At night it is worthwhile admiring the floodlit castles of Clervaux and Vianden. The Müllerthal and Beaufort are also an absolute must!

Conditions of the landlord:
The minimum age of at least one of the residents has to be 18 years old. The maximum number of people is not allowed to be exceeded (incl.baby).
If the above rules are not followed, LA SAPINIÈRE reserves the right to cancel the booking without a refund.
The restaurant is closed for the time being.
The park is suitable for recreational stays. Long-term rental and business stays are not allowed. Should there be any suspicion of a business stay, Bungalow.Net and the park reserve the right to cancel the booking free of charge.
In the studio (Type A) one small pet is allowed. Bigger dogs are welcome from the Type B accommodations. The cost is € 5,- /pet /day.
Upon arrival at the park you will receive the free entrance tickets for the pool (max. 3 hours per day) at the reception. In the sports and leisure complex you get a wristband with a chip, that registers the time of arrival, departure and all the extras such as additional hours, pool, sauna, fitness, food and drink, etc.. On leaving the complex, the chips are read out and you'll pay the extra services that you have purchased, by cash or by debit.

Business and/or long term bookings are allowed, with a maximum stay of 15 nights. Bookings that exceed 15 nights must be reserved directly at the park, for these, different prices may be applied.
The following additional conditions apply: maximum occupancy of 1 person per bedroom. The use of bed linen is always mandatory (it is changed every 14 days (€ 8 per person per change).
There is also a mandatory cleaning service every 14 days. The costs of this depend on the booked house type.
At check in, a deposit is charged of an amount of € 150,- (€ 250,- for type F16).
The costs for average consumption of electricity are included. The meter reading is checked at check-out. If you have used more than average, the costs (€ 0,25 per kWh) will be deducted from the deposit and refunded to your account within 2 weeks after departure. Consumption included per night:
Type A: 20kWh from October to April and 10kWh from May to September.
Type B: 25kWh from October to April and 10kWh from May to September.
Type C: 25kWh from October to April and 10kWh from May to September.
Type D: 30kWh from October to April and 10kWh from May to September.
Type E: 40kWh from October to April and 15kWh from May to September.
Type F06: 50kWh from October to April and 15kWh from May to September.
