This apartment is located in a beautiful and modern holiday complex situated in the center of Baveno, on Lake Maggiore. The boulevards are only 50 meters away. In the region you will find many restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The beaches of Baveno are about 400m away. At a distance of 100 meters there is a fitness center and just 50m from the complex there is a public parking lot. Facilities of the complex include: a reception area, lift, DSL Internet connection, terrace and bar.

Interior

This apartment is suitable for 2 to 4 persons. It has an area of about 45 m². The apartment is located on one of the four-floors of the apartment building. In the living / dining room there is a sofa bed for 2 persons as well as a couch, which can be converted to a bunk bed. The kitchen is fully-equipped including a 4-burner (ceramic) cooker, electric oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, kettle (optional), dishwasher and Italian coffee maker. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The luxurious bathroom is equipped with a whirlpool bath or shower, whirlpool, hair dryer and toilet. All the apartments are pretty and modern and have central heating, air-conditioning, a telephone, broadband Internet connection, safe and satellite television. The apartments have either a balcony or terrace. You can request a room with a balcony and we will arrange it for you.

Surroundings

Lake Maggiore has a number of fantastic beaches. From Baveno you can go on a different excursion every day. You can rent a private boat or sailboat. In any case, it is well worth examining the Borromeo Islands (isola Bella, isola Madr). Various sporting activities are possible including para-sailing from the mountain peaks, canoing and sport fishing. In the vicinity you will find many mountain bike routes, such as Monte Massone. There are also plenty of opportunities provided by the stunning mountains, including hiking tours and trips via cable car to Stresa-Mottarone de Monte Moro in front of the majestic eastern side of Monte Rosa.
