Appelscha is located in the southeastern part of Friesland, on the border of Drenthe, in the National Park Drents-Friese Wold. It is a very varied landscape with heaths, bogs, meadows, forests and dunes: an ideal environment for cycling and hiking. From the house Efkes Pypskoft (Frisian means 'a break') the forest, the golf course and the pool are within walking distance.

Interior

This house is located with 80 other houses on the Valouwe. Each bungalow is detached and has 600 m2 and is located in a park. The large garden guarantees your privacy. From the south-facing terrace with a view you can enjoy every ray of sunshine.
There is a large living room (30 m2), central heating and an open kitchen.
The house has 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 4 single beds.
There are two toilets and a shower in the bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge freezer and oven.
In the living room you will find a TV with DVD player and a small radio. You can also use the free internet.

Near the house you will find a beautiful pool in the woods, open from May 1 to September 1, which you can reach on foot. 10 km away there is a swimming pool, which is open all year. There is also the amusement park "Duinenzathe", a miniature park and a tower "Belvedere". Of course you can make several trips from Appelscha to the villages and towns in the area.
