This pleasant accommodation is ideally suited for family reunions or school / club trips. This group accommodation consists of two parts. The first part provides space for 20 persons while the second part can accommodate up to 12 persons. Each part can be rented jointly or separately. This group accommodation is situated in a beautiful park complete with an equestrian center and is located in the 'De Twentse Hooilanden' recreational area, not far from the quaint village of Ham. Because it is a small park with several lakes and recreational facilities, it is ideal for lovers of peace and quiet as well as fans of hiking and cycling. Here you can go hiking or cycling without end. Enjoy sunbathing, playing in the garden with the family, or take a lazy afternoon walk in the forest - anything is possible! For golfers there is a golf course situated across from the park. Even archery, mountain biking and canoeing are among the possibilities. There is also an amusement park nearby for the younger (at heart) guests. Thanks to the equestrian center there are a variety of horse riding possibilities including riding lessons. The park contains the following facilities: bike rental, riding academy, KPN hotspot Internet (selected bungalows), canteen, playground equipment, table tennis, laundry and sandbox.

Interior

This group accommodation is suitable for up to 12 persons. The total (residential) area is 218 square meters and is situated on the ground flour. The division is: a hall and a pleasant living/dining area with a color TV with remote control. The separate kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooking utensils, extraction fan, dishwasher, microwave and complete dinnerware for the stated number of guests. The fully-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals or, if you prefer, you can order your meals from the landlord. This accommodation has two bedrooms furnished with two bunk beds, and two bedrooms furnished with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own shower and toilet. Blankets and pillows are available and bed linen is available to rent (mandatory). Several cars can be parked next to the accommodation. You also have a large garden with a terrace. This house has wifi internet available.

This group accommodation is situated in a recreational area at Eerderbos. A very diverse area with numerous tourist activities: horseback riding, hiking, cycling, canoeing, nature tours, museums, indoor swimming pool, a covered playground, horseback riding and a tennis court. The beautiful natural surroundings combined with the good cycling and hiking trails help make this area a popular tourist destination. For example, you can take a wonderful hike along the Lemelerberg, with a typical moraine dam. The Archemerberg is also worth a visit. Here you can see and hear (especially in the morning) many species of birds. Other suggestions for excursions in the area include: Apenheul in Apeldoorn (monkey park); Slagharen Amusement Park in Slagharen; Adventure Park Hellendoorn in Helendoorn; Dinoland in Zwolle; Queen Juliana tower in Apeldoorn; the Oudheidskamer Ham (home museum), De Kolk indoor swimming pool in Wierden; Veen Park in Barger-Compascuum; Wildlands in Emmen and in Boekelo labyrinth.

In addition to the facilities of the bungalow park there is an equestrian center. This center offers the following: indoor riding halls, outdoor riding area, spacious interior and exterior stalls with accompanying area, pasture, bath with warm water, rental of livestock, horse trailer parking and feed. All prices include electricity and water. Bed linen is obligatory to rent (€ 6.50 per person). Bed-making service costs 6.50 €. Towel package is available for rent at the park. This costs 3.25 € - and is to be paid locally. A child bed (no linen) and highchair are available to rent for 2.00 per unit per day. Stall rental (high season 18.00 € per night per stall, pre-and post-season 13.00 € per night). If you would like to make use of the above services, please indicate when booking. The fees are specified so you can see exactly what you will pay locally.

It is not allowed to smoke in this accommodation.
