These well equipped accommodations are located in the town of La Marina (35 km from Alicante Airport) on the Spanish Costa Blanca (white coast), in the small urbanization of Seamar. It is a perfect place for families with children. This accommodation is located within walking distance from the sea and 500 meters from a national camping area with numerous facilities. Within a reasonable distance one can find a  riding school, museums and water sports facilities. La Marina and its surroundings are an ideal destination not only for families, but also for those who prefer a relaxing and quiet holiday. You can walk through the dune paths to the beach and next to the house you will find a small pool for common use.

Interior

This cozy and fully furnished house has a small balcony at the front side and a small garden with garden furniture. There is a living room with an open kitchen. In the house there are three bedrooms, one of them has a double bed with a small balcony, and the other two bedrooms are furnished each with two single beds. The small kitchen is well equipped for 6 people, including a microwave, oven, refrigerator and freezer. In the living room there is a TV with Satellite connection and Dutch channels as well as a radio with CD player. In the house you have access to a bathroom upstairs, and downstairs there is an extra toilet. This house has air conditioning in the living room.

Surroundings

On the Spanish east coast lies the Costa Blanca (the 'White Coast') with its healthy sunshine and cool sea breeze. The distance (by car) from Amsterdam to La Marina is 2200 km. You can fly in from Alicante Airport (25km away), Murcia (60km away), Valencia (200km away). La Marina is ideal for relaxing walks in a natural environment. The La Marina beach is long and narrow, you can rent parasols and loungers on site, there is a lifeguard on the beach as well as a restaurant where you can have your meals. Part of the beach is actually a nude beach. For golf lovers there are golf courses in Rojales (20 km away), Alicante (20km away), Quesada (25 km away), Torrevieja (35 km away). Charming cities like Santa Pola and Guardamar lie at a distance of 6 km from the house. These places have a weekly market, a picturesque square and plenty of bars, shops and restaurants.

ATTENTION! Availability is restricted. You will be notified within a few days whether your booking has been confirmed. In case of a one-week booking, arrival and departure are on Saturday, if there is no other agreement. Online bookings are billed directly by e-mail. Smoking is prohibited in the house. Youth groups are not admitted.
Arrival: between 15:00 and 19:00. Departure: by 10:00 a.m. Alternative times are possible only by prior arrangement. You are requested to keep the house tidy during your stay and launder your bed and bath linen when necessary. Please account for the fact that the house is part of a community with permanent residents who will appreciate your consideration of their working and resting hours as well as their values and social norms. The tenant will receive a set of keys to the house. In case of loss, house locks will be replaced at the expense of the tenant.

Deposit to be paid locally is € 200. You will receive it back on the last day of your stay, after the house has been checked. In case of accommodations with an electricity meter, the electricity costs (0.20 per kwh) will be deducted from the deposit. In case of accommodations without a meter, the fixed electricity costs are due upon arrival.

You have to order bed linen and towels and pay for it on arrival. Or take your own with you.
