This accommodation is located in a beautiful park only 3 km from Sirmione, a peninsula and at the same time a town located south of Lake Garda. The park offers a plenty of facilities that guarantee a pleasant holiday.
Three large swimming pools await guests from May to October (depending on weather conditions). The pool area is equipped with free sun loungers and parasols.
The smaller pool ideal for children has a whirlpool area and there is also a new water slide.
The park has a restaurant offering international and regional culinary specialties and a breathtaking view of the lake. There are special theme evenings with buffets and barbecues. A wide range of sports activities can be enjoyed in the complex: a beach volleyball court, a basketball court, table tennis tables, two tennis courts and a small golf area.
During the high season, the entertainment staff organizes archery.
Other services available during the season: water sports, dancing, live music, shows, cabaret and concerts, mini-club, water gymnastics and aerobics, etc. It is also possible to use a laundry room. ADSL and wireless Internet access is available at the reception.
The village has a private sand and grass beach that can be easily reached without leaving the village.

• Mini Club, animation (22/05–05/09), and various sports: football, beach volleyball, archery (prior reservation required), playground, table tennis, and access to the private beach

Mandatory costs to be paid on the spot:

• Tourist tax (mandatory): €1.10 per person/day (from 15 years old)

• Deposit: €100 per apartment. Upon arrival, credit card details (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express) are required as a guaranteed deposit

• Final cleaning: €43

Important house rules:

• Visitors must be reported at the reception desk; an additional fee applies

• All accommodations are suitable for up to 4 persons

• The house must be left in a clean and hygienic state; waste must be deposited in designated bins. An extra fee will apply if waste is not properly disposed of

• Cleaning during your stay is the tenant’s responsibility. Extra cleaning can be booked

• Reception desk hours: 08:00–22:00

• Night porter/security service: 22:00–08:00

• Do not remove items such as towels or bed linen from the accommodation

• Quiet hours start at 23:00 to respect other guests
