With numerous bays along the coast of the Riviera del Ponente, this part of Liguria is a great destination for a wonderful holiday! It is an exceptionally well-preserved piece of the Italian Riviera. Here you can enjoy a holiday in the sun, sea and sand or take hikes through the beautiful countryside and visit quaint villages and towns in the vicinity. Levanto has a historic center with many wine bars and restaurants and is a true holiday resort. From here you can also visit the famous Cinque Terre - an opportunity that should definitely not be missed! These five pastel-colored fishing villages on UNESCO's World Heritage list are situated high up on the cliffs and because they are virtually inaccessibility by car, have remained very authentic. You can access these places by train or on foot. A visit to the port of Genoa is also worthwhile. Or how about a day in Tuscany? In short, there are many ways to enjoy Liguria!

Downstairs there is a bedroom furnished with two single beds. Also on this floor is a bathroom with shower and washing machine. From the bedroom on this floor you have access to a second terrace. The house has central heating.
New: outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi.
Levanto has it all! It is an attractive and popular holiday destination, especially during the summer when visitors come here for its beautiful beaches and rocky coastline. But outside the summer season it also makes a beautiful vacation spot. With its modern and comfortable infrastructure and stunning natural landscape, the village has become an important center on the Riviera di Levante. Not only because of the possibilities offered by the beach, sunny weather and maritime activities, but also for its history, landmarks and wonderful cuisine. The hinterland has been declared a protected nature reserve. This has helped Levanto to retain its natural beauty. Here you can enjoy lovely walks among a special landscape. The grapes from this particular area are used to produce two wines with a DOC valuation. The surrounding hills, adorned with numerous vineyards and olive trees, also have various small rural villages which are definitely worth a visit. These include places like Lizza, Lavaggiorosso, Dosso and Groppo. On the other side of the valley, you’ll find Montale, Casella, Ridarolo, Legnaro, Chiesa Nuova, Fontona, Pastine and Vignana. For those interested in culture, Levanto has some important medieval buildings and typical streets with grotesque paintings, which you can admire while on a walk. The nave of the church of S. Andrea has a white marble façade (Carrara). There is an impressive castle which occupies a strategic position. The "Piazza della Loggia” is a beautiful square with a colonnade from the 13th century. By car you can visit other cities like Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Genoa (with the largest aquarium in Europe!). All great destinations for a day trip. There are also regularly scheduled trains to these cities from the station of Levanto. Genoa can also be visited by boat (highly recommended!). Levanto is a very good base to visit the Cinque Terre, the 5 picturesque villages situated high up on the rocks of the coast and part of UNESCO’s World Heritage list.
