Location

The house is situated on Mali Palit, an island tourist resort, in proximity to the charming tourist town of RAB. It enjoys a tranquil and easily accessible location just outside the bustling city center, near the sea, marina Rab, Komrčar nature park, sports center, shops, fish market, banks, and post office. Various catering facilities such as restaurants, cafes, bars, and pizzerias are conveniently located within around 200 meters, ensuring a quick and easy reach within minutes.

A spacious yard lies in front of the house, accommodating parking for all cars and boat trailers. There's a new expansive terrace featuring a fireplace grill, along with a portable wood/charcoal grill, complemented by tables and chairs. The fenced and secure garden is adorned with lush greenery, Mediterranean plants, and an orchard boasting apples, apricots, pears, plums, figs, mogranji, cherries, lemons, tangerines, and grapevines. On the opposite side, there's a bio garden cultivating organic vegetables like lettuce, chard, tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers. Interior

The ground floor apartment covers an entire floor with a spacious area of 110 m2, offering a comfortable and tranquil living space. It is well-ventilated, pleasing, and efficiently designed. The entry is independent, featuring a covered veranda and hallway.

Inside, there are three bedrooms, each accompanied by its en-suite bathroom with a WC and shower. The well-equipped kitchen is a distinct area, furnished with a 4-plate electric ceramic stove, oven, double sink, washing machine, dishwasher, large combi refrigerator with a separate freezer, cookware sets, cutlery, glasses, filter coffee maker, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, and a dining table with chairs.

Surroundings

Rab is a 93.6 square kilometers island featuring the village of Lopar, renowned for its picturesque sandy beaches. Among them, Rajska Plaža, or 'Paradise Beach,' stands out as the largest and most celebrated, stretching 1.5km (0.9m) in length. Awarded the prestigious 'Blue Flag' in 2003, this beach is a symbol of quality, environmental preservation, and safety in the international context.

The village of Lučica serves as the departure point for mini-taxi boats ferrying tourists to nearby beaches. Additionally, three modern glass-bottom boats provide a daily spectacle of the mesmerizing underwater world. Full-day excursions, such as the popular trip to Goli Otok (Naked Island), known humorously as the "Croatian Alcatraz," showcase its infamous former prison.

A few kilometers from Lopar lies Zavratnica fjord within the northern Velebit nature park. This fjord, one of the rare ones in the Adriatic, is renowned for sunken German navy ships, making it a magnet for tourists, particularly divers. The local diving club offers courses, test dives for beginners, equipment rental, and vessel services, allowing tourists to explore the enchanting underwater world of harmony, beauty, and silence.
