Location

The holiday apartment was finished in 2000. In the holiday residence Al Andalus there is a common pool and a tennis courst at about 200m distance. Parking is possible in front of the houses. The holiday residence consists of two row houses and bungalows. From the roof terrace (50 square m) one can admire the sea. In the surroundings there are pubs, beer gardens, bars, supermarkets, car rentals, souvenir shops, a playground and a green area for rest. The big shopping mall La Zenia Boulvard is about 2 km away.
The holiday home is situated at Costa - Blanc in Orihuela - Costa Al Andalus 2.
One is almost in no time in Torrevieja. Alicante, situated southwards, or San Pedro at La Manga inland sea and in Catagena.

 

Interior

This very well furnished 3-room apartment has an area of 62 m2. There is a bedroom furnished with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds.  
The built-in kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, built-in cupboards, extraction hood, fridge / freezer and washing machine. The living and dining area has a wardrobe with a TV and satellite connection (receiver). A couch is there as additional sleeping accommodation, and a table. The dining corner consists of an extendable table and chairs. In summer and winter there are wind-exhausters, a mobile gas heater and air conditioning (extra price).
In the bathroom there is a bath tube with shower possibility, a sink with a mirror and shelves, a bidet and a toilet. 
The balcony is equipped with a table and chairs, a parasol and a sun-blind.
The exterior stairs lead to a roof terrace of 50 m2 complete with patio furniture, sun loungers, chairs, corner seat, parasol and trees, with view to the sea. Bed covers and towels are available.

Pets are accepted on request. Supplementary costs for this apply.


Surroundings

The holiday resort can be reached by plane until Alicante (50 km), Murcia (20 km), Valencia (230 km). Orihuela Costa next to Torrevieja is accessible via rent-car or via Mr Florath (house administrator) against a certain amount.
Furthermore there are several restaurants, bars, car rentals, and a supermarket. A bigger shopping mall is about 1,5 km away from the holiday apartment.
The beaches are about 3 - 5 km away.
The surroundings offer possibility for sport activities: golf, bike riding, diving, fishing, beach-walks, bathing in one of the neighboring salt lakes. Tourist attractions / trip destinations: palm park in Elche, salt lake in Torrevieja, nature park, flamingos, water park, old town of Alicante and its port, the Tabarca island, the only inland sea Mar Menor, the port of Cartagena, orange plantations are all to be found here.
Tips for activities will be received in the holiday apartment. A tourist guide of Costa Blanca is to be provided by everyone who would like to see something of the surrounding and to experience it. The owner can be contacted as well.

Conditions of the landlord:


The renting contract concerns the accommodation and its furnishing. The tenant has the duty to handle the furnish with care. Loss and damage shall be replaced.
The key handler shall be informed about the loss or damage.

The tenant has to broom-clean the accommodation before departure, has to empty the fridge and to turn off electricity, water and gas.

This is a fixed-term contract destined only for holiday purposes.

The tenant cannot prolong his stay without the consent of the owner.

The tenant doesn't overtake responsibility for the property of the owner during the rented period. The owner cannot be held responsible for cases of force majeure or consequences of actions of third parties.

The tenant declares through his signature together with all the travelers that they are informed that the stay in the pool area on the holiday residence is on own responsibility and the parents are liable for the security of the children. The owner doesn't overtake any such responsibility.

Taking a pet needs prior consent of the owner.


A copy of your identity card must be sent to the owner before arrival.
