Location

In a splendid location in the middle of the woods, yet close to the center of Norg, lies Villa Franka. This recreational home with a 1000 m2 private (wooded) grounds is suitable for families who wish to enjoy the peace and quiet of Drenthe province. The villa lies strategically within walking distance of the swimming pool (and other facilities) and is yet in the midst of nature. In the immediate vicinity you will find hiking and cycling trails running through the woods and nature.

Interior

The house consists of a hall; kitchen; bathroom with bathtub and toilet; and 3 bedrooms (on the first floor; their size ranges from 10 m2 to 20 m2). The large living room is comfortably furnished and has an excellent view from three sides. The house has a dish antenna and radio. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker etc. The driveway has room for 3 cars. Garden benches can be found in two places in the garden. A deep veranda offers the possibility to sit outside when the weather is less inviting.

Norg is a village rurally situated in the northwestern part of Drenthe province. It is ideal for those looking for a bit of peace and quiet as well as beautiful nature. The nature reserves around Norg vary considerably and can be explored on foot, by bicycle or on horseback. The town center offers a choice of restaurants and shops. The city of Groningen, with its museums and entertainment facilities, lies 16 miles away. 15 minutes by car takes you to the provincial capital of Assen. In Norg you will find (within walking distance) an amusement park, museums and the Molenduin swimming pool.
