This new cleaning deposit is not applicable to the clients who have opted to pay for the final cleaning service. The final cleaning deposit is not cashed by the residence. If a client pays by cheque then the cheque is kept and destroyed in front of the client upon departure or the client will sign a guarantee on their credit card for this deposit. If clients choose to pay by cash, the amount will be returned upon departure. We need to receive your payment within 48 hours or you need to send us a valid proof of you payment in that time. Otherwise we are not able to keep your reservation after these 48 hours. The payment obligation will not lapse after this time.
