Interior
This first-floor apartment can accommodate 4 to 6 persons. It has two bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed and a single bed. The living room has a sofa bed and a kitchenette. This 3-rooms-detached house takes part of small group of detached houses situated close to the centre and at only 250 m from the beach. This villa is provided with a large private garden, barbecue and 2 car parks.
The apartment is located on the first floor, reachable by an external staircase. Inside there is a living room with sofa bed for two persons and dinig table, separate kitchen (4 flames, fridge-freezer and washing machine), bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed and single bed and a renovated bathroom with shower, WC and Bidet.
Surroundings
A few kilometers away is the Po Delta Park, with its alternation of woods and lagoons: the Comacchio Valleys extend just outside the town, which can be visited by bicycle or by motorboat, while the woods of Mesola and Santa Giustina ( km 20) are ideal for a fresh walk in nature after a day at the beach.
Obviously, a visit to the historic center of Comacchio is not to be missed, the real capital of the Delta Park, which with its dense network of bridges and canals is an extraordinary "little Venice".

Conditions of the landlord:
• BABY BED: € 25,00 per week (optional, must be ordered)
• BED LINEN: € 8,00 per person per week (optional, must be ordered)
• TOWEL: € 8,00 per person per week (optional, must be ordered)
• FINAL CLEANING: € 70,00 for 6 beds (mandatory), the cleaning of the kitchenette must be done by the client: if the client doesn’t clean it, an extra charge of € 35,00 will be applied.
• PET: € 50,00 per week (mandatory) and by agreement with the Agency
AIRCONDITIONING: € 8,00 per day (optional, must be ordered)
• CITY TAX: € 0,30 per person per night till 14 consecutive nights. Therefor who will stay longer than 14 nights will pay the regular price for the 14 nights. Children till 11 years old are free.
Deposit: during the keys delivery of your apartment, We will ask You to leave a € 200,00 deposit.
We’ll give you back during the departure day after checking the apartment conditions.
The lodger is engaged to have carefulness with the apartment and with domestic fittings.
Only 1 dog accepted at this accommodation, no exceptions.
