This attractive family-oriented residence and hotel complex is wonderfully situated in the wide, green valley of Naregno which stretches as far as the sandy beach and is accessible via a short walk through the large private garden. The apartments and rooms are spread among 5 buildings which lie between 10 and 200 meters from the beach of Naregno.

The 4-star hotel offers all the services and amenities you would expect from a resort of this level. The residential complex consists of various types of accommodations, from small detached villas and apartments with sufficient outdoor space to two or three-room apartments and studios overlooking the beach or surrounded by woods - all just a short walk from the sea. Guests can enjoy amenities such as a swimming pool, child pool and playground, open air jacuzzi, tennis court and table tennis table. Mountain bikes are also available for guests for excursions or organized treks. Guests have access to outdoor barbecue grills for those pleasant evenings. In addition, there is a seaside restaurant, a snack bar situated on the beach, three large parking lots, a supermarket and newsagent / tobacconist to complete the wide range of services to help you spend a carefree holiday at the beach!


With an area of approx. 45m², these apartments are suitable for 3 adults plus 2 children.
They can be located on either the ground floor or first floor and may have a terrace or balcony.

The living room, with a dining area and a well-equipped kitchenette, has a sofa bed for 1 person. There are two bedrooms: one furnished with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed. In some of the apartments the double bedroom is located in a loft, accessible by a ladder or spiral staircase. The well-equipped bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. These apartments are simply and comfortably furnished and have air-conditioning, Led TV, and a hairdryer.
In some apartments additional bed can be requested for the 6th person.


Located right on the beach, this resort has been designed and constructed to give its guests different and alternative housing solutions.
Guests have two long stretches of beach, guarded by rescue patented lifeguards. The optional beach service provides you with a bed, deck chair, parasol and the assistance of our personnel. Beyond the private beach area you will find a free beach which, of course, you can enjoy free of charge.
The coast of Naregno has a wonderful and wide sandy beach with various infrastructures and only the long and narrow Cala di Mola beach separates it from the village of Porto Azzurro. To the right of the beach, at the end of Cape Focardo, there is the homonymous fort, built in 1678. Porto Azzurro is situated on the deep inlet of the Gulf of Mola and is dominated by the Spanish fortress of S. James on one side and by Focardo Fort on the other. Here you will find an excellent marina, a lovely square on the sea (an evening meeting place), and picturesque streets where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and, in the evening, stands of handicraft articles. In the town there is a small beach. Others are located nearby. In the vicinity there is Capoliveri, an ancient town located on a hill 130 meters above sea level. Characteristic of the village are its alleys with their restaurants, bars and shops, many of them selling handcrafted articles. The square is a renowned scene of many summer concerts and offers a splendid view of the Stella Gulf and neighboring islands. There are numerous beaches nearby where you can find hotels, residences and apartments.
