This 2 storey Watervilla has its entrance with guest toilet on the first floor. The Siematic kitchen with stone dresser and various built in equipment, spacious storage area with washer and dryer and the large living room with spot lights are also on the first floor. The second floor contains 3 spacious bedrooms, bathroom with a large shower area and double basins, separate toilet and closets. It's a total of 120m2 pure living. The terrace and garden face southwest and offer great sunbathing possibilities. The Watervilla is suitable for a maximum of 8 persons. The master bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has a bunk bed. There is a sleeping sofa for 2 persons in the living room. The watervilla is well insulated, comfortably cool in summer and warm in cold winters. The Watervilla is equipped floor heating, double glazing, wooden floor, floor heating and of course a phone-, fax- and internet connection. This watervilla has its own landing for your pleasure yacht in the harbor - available at no extra cost.

At the end of June there is a trip for small boats (“Rondje Loosdrecht”) complete with live music and snacks / drinks along the route.
