The island of Albarella, connected by a bridge to the mainland, is located in the Po Delta Park, between Chioggia (30 km) and Comacchio (45 km) in the municipality of Rosolina in the province of Rovigo. With its length of 5 km, Albarella is a private island where you can spend your holidays in full relaxation or enjoy your favorite sports (including golf, horse riding and water sports).
It's a touristic and housing private area that represents an almost unique example in Europe for the complexity of its system.
The island nature is unique and never-to-be-repeated. There are more than 2,000,000 trees belonging to approx. 150 species, most of which are native, belonging to the flora of the Mediterranean bush. Albarella has always been the destination and a haven for many animal species. The name of the island is linked to the name of a tree, the "Populus Alba", commonly called white poplar, "Arborea" in the local dialect.
The apartments are located in the various parts in which the island has been divided, such as Zona Fiordi (Fjords Zone), Piazzetta del Mercato (Little Market Square), Zona Tennis (Tennis Zone), Zona Verde (Green Zone) nearby the golf course and XII Ovest (West XII).

From 2019 new swimming pool relax nearby Hotel Capo del Nord composed of a swimming pool for adults (320 m2) + kids swimming pool (110m2), a pool with jacuzzi (whirlpool bench with 3 seats, 4 bouble loungers) and 8 different lighting effects.

The rental price includes the following services:
*Initial and final cleaning
*Bed and bathroom linen
*Utilities
*Access to the pool park and Albarella Splash at the Centro Sportivo during the opening period, Mini-Juniors and Maxi Club activities, organized group activities and evening shows, and the use of the shuttle train.

Each accommodation is equipped with a Monge welcome kit.

A complimentary weekly change of bed and bathroom linen is provided for a minimum of two weeks.

Services on request:
*Single bed linen at €10.00, terry bath towels per person at €10.00.
*Crib (up to 3 years old, 3 years old not included) is available for €30.00/week
*Tourist tax of €0.50 per person per day is also required for guests aged 12 and above.

Regarding Island Traffic, guests are advised to leave their cars parked for the entire stay. Movement on the island is facilitated by bicycles and the train, while mopeds, motorcycles, and campers are prohibited. Electric vehicles are permitted, and car travel is allowed with a speed limit of 30 km/h.

One pet (small to medium size) is allowed for €140 per week.

A dedicated section of the Capo Nord Beach facility is reserved for four-legged companions, including a sun lounger, water bowl, shower, and training area (available for an extra charge). Doggy poop bag dispensers are scattered throughout the island, and there's a spacious area near Capo Nord specifically designated for dog exercising.

Upon request, additional equipment is available for free, including wine glasses, a microwave oven, a toaster, kettle, high chair, stair safety gate, and bed safety rails.

The mentioned services will be operational between May 20 and September 21, 2024, with beach service available from May 11 to September 21, 2024.
