Conditions of the landlord:
The arrival is scheduled on the day of the arrival date between 3 pm and 10 pm. If you come later, give a signal on the central number of the owner: 0032 (0) 2 588 03 03, there is telephone permanence until 22.00. On the day of departure, you must leave the holiday home before 10 a.m. Next cleaning activities must be carried out by the tenant. Kitchen / kitchenette needs to be tidied up, and all pans, cutlery, glasses, plates and so on need to be washed, dried and stored in the cupboards. Refrigerator, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and kettle need to be washed out. Garbage must be deposited in the designated containers (see park plan) when you leave. Bath and bed linen should be collected and placed in the laundry bag in the hall. Switch off the lighting and close the windows and doors properly. Leave the terrace / garden tidy, place the garden furniture (if available) in the storage room. When extra work has to be carried out by the cleaning company, a minimum of € 50 is charged, plus administrative costs. In case of loss or cancellation of the key, € 40 will be charged.
Attention: no reception on site. You will receive a mail from Holiday Suites three days before arrival containing the necessary practical information as well as the key codes to enter the building and to open the safe. In the safe there will be an envelope in your name containing the key and the number of the accommodation.
