This apartment house is comprised of 3 apartments. Each apartment can accommodate 4 people, and their surface area is of 43 square meters each. There is a bedroom with a double bed in every apartment and there is a sofabed for 2 people in the living room. Here you can also find a satellite tv and a dining table for 4 people, and a kitchen corner with the basic equipments/microwave, coffeemaker, fridge, etc. They each have a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The apartments have a terrace with garden furniture. They all have internet access as well. In the garden you will find outdoor furniture, a sandbox, a toy house, a place for grilling, and you can park your car in the car park.

Those desiring to go down to the beach can always find a suitable place, as the beaches are well taken care of and grassy. The town is famous for its beautiful gardens and parks. One of the most famous is Millennium Park. Here you will find some nice art works, such as the bandstand with its brass statue of Imre Kálmán. Born in Siófok, he was one of the most famous Hungarian composers, who wrote several operettas which are on display in summer.
