The large and dynamic tourist resort Cap d'Agde of the Languedoc offers 14 km of fine sandy beaches, a pleasant marina with 3000 berths, all water sports and other sporting activities, an 18-hole golf course and the International Tennis Club. Thanks to a network of hiking trails, you can quietly find yourself on the quays. A bike path goes through the resort to Agde.
Your residence is located in a park of 4 hectares of lush greenery, just 5 minutes from the beach, the harbor and supermarket, but also close to all shops. Facilities of the residence are a heated outdoor swimming pool (open from the end of March and later), playground and closed private parking, bar, restaurant and a small supermarket (open from the end of March and later).
The resort offers the possibility to exercise numerous sporting activities. There are 38 tennis courts and squash courts in front of the residence. You can rent boats and practice windsurfing, sailing, diving and horseback riding.

Not included in the price: extra parking spaces (limited number of spaces), cable internet (on request), laundry, baby sitting, baby set (note: it is not possible to place a baby cot in this type of accommodation).
The rental price includes: closed private parking (1 place per accommodation), television, safe, final cleaning (except kitchen and washing up), heated outdoor pool, playground for children.
Please note that pets are not allowed.
Deposit and tourist tax must be paid locally on arrival. The deposit of € 300 will be returned on the day of departure or by mail within 8 days.
Tourist tax: € 1.05 / night / person.
