Located next to the Moliets Golf Course and just steps from the beach, this residence is surrounded by forest and offers a charming, peaceful atmosphere. It consists of 11 chalets, each divided into 8 apartments, and features architecture typical of the Landes region.

Accommodation options range from 3-room apartments for 4–5 people to spacious 4-room units for 7–8 guests. Depending on the layout, rentals include either a private terrace or garden—perfect for enjoying the outdoors in comfort.

• A deposit and tourist tax are payable on site.
• The deposit will be processed and released within 48 hours after key return, following a satisfactory check.

Arrival and Departure Times:

• "Rental" Package (7+ nights) & "Getaway" Package (2-6 nights): Arrival from 5:00 PM - Departure before 10:00 AM.
• Late Arrival: Please contact the Residence in advance to arrange check-in procedures.
