This holiday park built in 2012 is located in the village of Sainte Marie, at the entrance of the Forêt Blanche ski area (Wit Bos). It is just 20 meters from the chairlift and offers fully equipped studios and apartments for 2 to 7 people. The resort has a reception and a water sports center with a heated swimming pool of 80m ² with whirlpool, 2 Turkish baths and a gym. There is also a free car park with a very limited number of parking spaces and a parking garage. For an additional fee you can book the following: towel package, baby kit, television, wireless internet and / or final cleaning.

The resort of Vars, located in the heart of a pine forest, is the result of the merger of the four villages, Saint Marcellin, Sainte Marie, Sainte Catherine and Les Claux. It is known for the quality of the ski slopes, which lie at an altitude of between 1650 and 2750 meters, and are equipped with modern ski lifts. The resort and its surroundings offer many sporting and leisure activities also in the summer, such as horse riding, tennis, paragliding, climbing, fishing, etc. It is an ideal place for water sports such as canyoning, canoeing and rafting in the wild water of the Durance river and swimming in the lake Serre Ponçon, the second largest artificial lake in Europe. Lovers of mountain biking will find several hundred kilometers of well-marked paths, accessible by ski lifts, while those who love cycling are invited to participate in Cycling Days in July, "the 6 days of Vars". You can also discover the rich architectural heritage of the region, such as the Vauban-designed fortress of Mont-Dauphin, the forts of Ubaye, and the castles of the Queyras and Saint Veran, the latter being the highest village in Europe. If you've come looking for adventure, visit the Silver Mine at L'Argentière Labessée or head for the Indiana Forest Park with its 11 acrobatic forest trails. The Regional Park Queyras, the National Park Ecrins and the zoo called "The Mountain of the Marmots" in Sauze du Lac, are also worth a visit.
