For a family holiday focused on activities and relaxation, Résidence les Océanides enjoys an ideal location just 400 meters from the long, fine sandy beach of La Londe-les-Maures. At the foot of the residence, the Route de Brégançon serves as the perfect starting point for pleasant walks and hikes.

Accommodation
Résidence les Océanides offers comfortable, well‑equipped holiday rentals to ensure the best possible stay. Several accommodation types are available: studios for 2 people, 2‑room apartments for 4, and 3‑room apartments for up to 6 guests.

A security deposit is required on arrival, payable by check or by credit card pre‑authorization. It is released within 72 hours after departure, following an inspection of the accommodation’s condition and cleanliness. The accommodation must be left perfectly clean; otherwise, a fixed amount may be deducted from the deposit according to the scale available at reception.

Local taxes, including the tourist tax and eco‑tax, are payable on site and may be subject to change.

Arrival and departure times:
For the Rental Package (minimum 7 nights): arrival between 5 pm and 8 pm, departure between 8 am and 10 am.
For the Short Break Package (2 to 6 nights): arrival from 5 pm, departure before 10 am.
In case of late arrival, guests must contact the residence before 8 pm to receive instructions for check‑in.

Included in the price – Rental Package (minimum 7 nights):

• Bed linen

• Outdoor parking (unsupervised, one space per apartment)
• Access to the outdoor swimming pool (open from mid‑April; shorts and Bermuda shorts not permitted)
• Fitness area
• Luggage storage
• End‑of‑stay cleaning* (excluding kitchenette and dishes)

* End‑of‑stay cleaning is included. Please note that all accommodation must still be returned clean and tidy. Any additional cleaning required beyond what is described in the Terms and Conditions may be deducted from the security deposit.

Additional information:
Optional services are available on site, including baby equipment rental, laundry facilities, cleaning kits, breakfast service, sauna/hammam sessions, and the possibility of early arrival or late departure (subject to availability).
Pets are accepted under certain conditions*: one pet only per accommodation.

* Only small pets with up‑to‑date vaccinations and identification are permitted. Dogs must be kept on a leash in all common areas.
