Facing the south beach overlooking the ocean, the residence is nestled between the small stream, surrounded by the Vauban forts and on the other side the scaffolds that lead into the sea, only 350 meters from the city center, they are two buildings with 2-3 floors with a lift to the second floor, built around a swimming pool.
This residence on the edge of the sea has a magnificent view of the island of Aix em d'Oleron.
The varied apartments, some with a mezzanine, can be a studio for 2-3 people to a three-room apartment for 7-8 people. They are fully equipped with a kitchen corner with microwave and dishwasher, bathroom or shower, separate toilet, television for a fee, balcony or loggia.

You can use an unheated pool with a children's pool open from 10 am to 8 pm in mid-May to the end of September, a launderette for a fee, free outdoor parking with a limited number of spaces, a paid secure parking space. Bed linen is provided, for an extra fee you can book a towel set, television, baby kit with bed, bath and booster seat, final cleaning. A vacuum cleaner and iron can be borrowed at reception, and a deposit and tourist tax must be paid on arrival at the location. The deposit will be returned to you on the day of departure after inventory or by post.
The accommodation must be left spotlessly clean, if this is not the case, you will only receive a part of the deposit.
Pets are allowed for a fee provided they have a valid vaccination certificate and tattoo, if kept on a leash.
