Perfectly located at the foot of the slopes and close to the first gondola, the residence offers ski‑in access in winter and immediate access to hiking and outdoor activities in summer. Situated in the upper part of Les Carroz d’Arâches, you’ll stay close to the village center, shops, and shuttle stops (800 m).
In winter, explore the Grand Massif’s 264 km of slopes, 149 runs, 70 lifts, and night skiing. In summer, enjoy a wide range of activities including mountain biking, paragliding, climbing, swimming, and more. In July and August, the residence offers two free guided hikes per week to discover the region’s natural beauty.

A security deposit is required upon arrival (apartment + cleaning), along with the local tourist tax, payable on site.
Arrival and departure
Arrival takes place on Saturday from 5:00 PM. Check‑in formalities can be completed from 3:30 PM, and keys will be handed over from 5:00 PM. Upon arrival, please ring the bell at the entrance barrier.
If you expect to arrive late, it is essential to inform the residence reception before 8:00 PM on Saturday so they can provide instructions.
Departure is on Saturday before 10:00 AM.
