This duplex apartment has an area of about 42-44m2 and is suitable for 6 persons.
It includes: a living room with a double sofa bed or pull out beds (suitable for children), 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed or two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. There is an additional shower room and WC.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, hot plates, microwave oven/grill and refrigerator.
The apartment has a terrace or a balcony.
WIFI access available only in the reception area.

Tennis: the equipment is available on presentation of the Flaine Summer Pass at the animation chalet (with deposit). Practice on one of our courses in artificial turf all in an exceptional setting (land free access and reservation at a place called La Cascade).
Archery: open to both beginners and experienced. Even in gloomy weather, come train yourself under a covered track! From 8 years old.
Inflatable castles: play area with inflatable structures.
Big Air Bag: Stalled in an inflatable buoy, you will jump on the track and take off in the air before landing safely on a huge inflatable mattress. Guaranteed sensations! For sure you will want to start again!
Giant trampoline: play area at Flaine Forum with 6 mats.
Children's clubs: supervised by qualified instructors, your children will meet each day for manual activities, games and various games (on registration). From Monday to Friday, on reservation per ½ day for 6-12 years
Table Tennis: In teams of two or more, table tennis is played at all hours of the day, for all ages.
Tournaments: the Tourist Office organizes tournaments from Monday to Friday. They are open to everyone. The animation tournaments (table tennis, volleyball, football ...) are free with the Pass.
Loan of sports equipment: scooters, balance bikes, balloons, table and tennis rackets, petanque balls ... free from the Tourist Office (with deposit).

The classical music concerts are offered throughout the summer by Opus 74, the International Academy of Music and Music in Flaine.
The library and the Art Center welcome you from Sunday to Friday from 16h to 19h.
During the season, every week, the Art Center offers you the opportunity to discover the heritage of this resort listed in the Inventory of Historic Monuments of France: art, architecture, design ... by a free tour of the resort.

The stated prices and availability have been generated via an automated system. It may be that changes in both occurred during the update interval. Therefore we can only confirm the definite price and availability to you within 48 hours.
Starting from summer season 2014, in order to ensure that the clients will leave the accommodations in a perfectly state of cleanness, a new cleaning deposit was added to the usual deposit. The amount of this second deposit is equal to the value of the final cleaning and varies according to the capacity of the accommodation. This new cleaning deposit is not applicable to the clients who have opted to pay for the final cleaning service. The final cleaning deposit is not cashed by the residence. If a client pays by cheque then the cheque is kept and destroyed in front of the client upon departure or the client will sign a guarantee on their credit card for this deposit. If clients choose to pay by cash, the amount will be returned upon departure. We need to receive your payment within 48 hours or you need to send us a valid proof of you payment in that time. Otherwise we are not able to keep your reservation after these 48 hours. The payment obligation will not lapse after this time.
