In this beautiful and comfortable house you will enjoy the peace of being in the outskirts of an interior village but with all comforts. Outside you can refresh in the beautiful swimming pool sizing 5 x 3 metres and with a 1.5 metres depth. After the dip, nothing like sunbathing on one of the sunbeds or having a drink under the porch while cooking the barbecue. By the house entrance there is another sitting area to have lunch or dinner with your loved ones enjoying the amazing Majorcan weather. The property is within the village and it has direct neighbours. The 130 m2 two storey house has been restored so that you will enjoy all comforts during your stay. In the living room you can have a rest on one of the sofas, watch TV or take a little siesta. Then the dining area suitable for 4 people. Finally the kitchen, basically equipped to cook during your vacation, including a ceramic hob, a dishwasher and a little table for morning breakfasts. The laundry is located by the kitchen and it features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Two of the three bedrooms are also on the ground floor. One with a double be and the other with twin beds, and both with a fan and a closet. Two bathrooms complete this floor, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, for the whole accommodation. Going upstairs you will find the last twin bedroom which also presents a fan and a closet. If you are travelling with a baby, we can prepare a cot and a high chair too. The house is located in the village of Algaida, where you will find all basic services for an independent stay: supermarkets, shops, bars and traditional food restaurants. You can visit the Can Gordiola glassworks, or reach the Puig de Randa and admire some beautiful views over the island. El Arenal is the nearest beach, with all services and a great atmosphere. If you love practising golf, the nearest course is only 13.6 km away. Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. There is garage parking for 1 car. Pets are not welcome. The holding of events is forbidden.
