This accommodation is located in North Holland where you’ll find a 3-km-long coastline, plenty of water, dikes, polders, dunes, nature reserves, gardens and traditional villages. The delightful bungalow is part of a pleasant and child-friendly holiday village, situated just 5 km from the beach. The park has a large playground, various sports fields, a canteen and two outdoor pools. During the high season there is a recreational team present which provides numerous activities for young and old.
The bungalow is very complete and comfortable and offers many opportunities for 5 persons plus a baby / toddler. The interior is contemporary with fresh new furniture, a bright bathroom, a modern kitchen a very comfortable living room.
Around the bungalow there is a lush green garden so you can immediately enjoy a holiday feeling. Large conifers offer lots of privacy. Barbecue, play football, pool – it’s all possible. On the terrace you can sit and enjoy the sun. Would you prefer to sit in the shade? No problem! There is always a spot in the shade. In the evening you can sit on the veranda and watch the sun set. There is room enough to set up a tent. Fun for the children to play or sleep in.
As strange as it sounds: the shed is an important area. It contains a chair, a child's table with two chairs, a baby bath, cushions for the outdoor furniture, a drying rack, outdoor games and lots of beach equipment. Of course there are also two hybrid touring bikes at your disposal: a men's and women's model, whose height is easy to adjust. There is also a trailer available that is suitable to carry a child or (beach) stuff to the beach.

The living room is a spacious, lovely place for a peaceful rest. You can stretch out on the couch, and for added atmosphere there are candles at your disposal. Large windows make the living room sunny and bright, plus you have a wonderful view of the veranda and garden. Gas heating means you can relax comfortably year round. With the LCD TV and DVD player you can keep up with your favorite programs while on vacation!
The modern kitchen is of a light color and is fully-equipped including a 4-burner stove with hood, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, pots, pans, crockery etc. This makes preparing a meal as easy as at home.
The dining room is in a central place and has a table large enough to accommodate 6 people. There is a highchair for smaller children. Child plates, cups and cutlery are also provided. You can play board games at the table while the children draw beautiful pictures or complete a puzzle. From the table you have a nice view of the garden and veranda.
The three bedrooms command great attention. All rooms have tinted windows that open. Mattresses, duvets and pillows are standard. Bed linen can be rented or you can bring your own. The first bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) + a wardrobe. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed (70 x 200 cm) + a wardrobe. The third bedroom has a bed above (55 x 120 cm) and below (80 x 200 cm).
In the bathroom there is a shower so you can freshen up after a wonderful day at the beach. The window and extraction fan provide fresh air. There is also a baby bath available. A toilet, sink with large mirror and cabinets (with first aid kit) make it complete.
Wireless Internet is no problem. Just bring your own laptop with you. The cost for Internet is € 3. - per day. You can change your address to your holiday address, send digital holiday cards or your vacation photos online. Check the weather, get information on trips in the area or the latest news! Settle back on the couch with your laptop in hand or surf the net from the sunny garden.

There is plenty to do in the park and nearby. Below we have provided a limited overview of the possibilities. Inside the bungalow there is additional information for you.
Near the bungalow there is a playground for hours of fun. From the garden you can watch the children play.
100 meters from the bungalow you’ll find two swimming pools complete with sun beds and sitting areas. There also a shallow pool for toddlers and preschoolers.
Cycling through the North Holland landscape or to the beach is a "must". Taken along for (kids) bikes in the shed enough space to park.
The beach of St. Maartenszee is less than 5 km (bungalows 1, 2 and 3) or 8 km (bungalow 4) away. This beach has received the "Blue Flag" designation, which stands for a very clean beach. A great place to fly kites, build sandcastles or just play in the water. Enjoy a meal in the cozy beach pavilion or watch the sun set, which is the ultimate holiday feeling.
The extensive trails through the dunes are eminently suitable for Nordic walking.
Relish the beautiful bulb fields, typical of the vast North Holland polder landscape where you will also find green meadows, farms, windmills, dikes, charming villages and small towns with plenty of cycling and walking possibilities.
Authentic villages like Valkoog and Groenveld are also worth visiting. Callantsoog is full of activities: excursions to the nature area of Zwanenwater (Swan Water), fairs, events on the beach, and cozy cafes, restaurants and bars. The climbing dunes in the Schoorl Dunes Nature Park means guaranteed fun for everyone.
Cities that should not be missed: Schagen with its folklore market; the shopping city of Alkmaar with cheese market; the old steam railway between Hoorn and Medemblik; and the naval town of Den Helder with its National Fleet Days. A day on the island of Texel is also a unique experience.
Finally, the best theme park in the northern part of North Holland is "The Goldfish". It has a huge outdoor play area, 3 large covered playgrounds and a cafeteria with extensive terrace. Parents are admitted free. Every Monday (April / October) and every Sunday (November / March) there is a "flea market" where you can buy everything. Don’t forget to bargain!

Im Preis nicht inbegriffen sind Bettwäsche, Kissenbezüge und Badehandtücher. 6. Der Preis beinhaltet Bettdecken und Kissen für 6 Personen. 7. Es sind maximal 2 Haustiere erlaubt. € 10 pro Tier pro Reservierung. 8. Eine Kaution von € 50,- wird bei der Buchung bezahlt. Der Mieter verbindet sich den ´BosBungalow´ vernünftig zu benutzen und den ´BosBungalow´ in gutem Zustand, sauber und aufgeräumt zu hinterlassen. Falls der Mieter die Reinigung dem Vermieter lässt, werden die Reinigungsgebühren dem Mieter in Rechnung gestellt. 9. Der Mieter ist für Schaden am ´BosBungalow´haftbar, inklusive Schaden am oder Verlust vom Inventar, herbeigeführt während der Mietperiode, es sei denn der Mieter glaubhaft begründen kann, dass der Schaden ihm, seinen Familienmitgliedern oder seinen Gästen nicht anzurechnen ist.
