This is a wonderful villa sleeping 10 - 12 people built in 3 floors with 7.000m2 of land arround the 400m2 house surrounded by terraces with panoramic sea views. The outdoor area has a big swimming pool (12x6m) with wonderful and panoramic sea views. In the gardens you can find all types of vegetation: palms, pines, bougainvillea, magnolias, roses, geraniums ... There are also a built in barbecue and some terraces where you can enjoy nice meals enjoying the views. Parking.
Interior
The indoor area has a big and comfortable dining room with access to a terrace, kitchen fully equipped with: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, 4 double rooms (two of them suites and one also has a living room) and 3 bathrooms. The villa has an optional additional suite (not included in the price) with sea view including a bedroom with double bed and a complete bathroom. There is also a wonderful indoor pool (9x4m) with jacuzzi and sauna for 6 people. Optional air conditioning (50 €/week). Free Wifi. Young people on request. Young groups and parties are not allowed. In case of some houses the owner makes an exception but, in these cases, a higher deposit needs to be paid. Deposit for youth groups 150,00 €/person for houses and 75,00 €/person for apartments that will be returned one week after the customer leaves the property.
Youth groups are not allowed without any prior notice to the agency and having signed the relevant conditions. If this instruction is not observed, the agency has the full right to evict the tenants if appropriate.
Please note, that extra beds are in fact inflatable mattresses.
Pets: In case of traveling with pets you must notify the agency in advance as in some accommodations, pets are strongly prohibited. The extra cost is 35 €/week. The house should be left as hair-free as possible and there should not be any remains of excrement either in the house or in the garden. In case of finding a house full of hair, with excrements or with damages, the amount equivalent to an extra cleaning and the corresponding amount in case of damage or breakage will be withdrawn from the client's deposit.
Any deposit left in cash will be never returned on the day of departure, it will be returned by bank transfer a few days after departure. In order to proceed with the refund, the guest must provide their bank details to the local tour operator.
Charging electric cars at the accommodation is strictly prohibited due to the potential risk of damage to the electrical installation. However, there are numerous charging points scattered throughout the towns that customers can use if needed.
