This villa is located in a 14500 m2 plot in the countryside, so it is the perfect place for tranquillity seekers. The House is divided in 2 floors and it has 4 spacious bedrooms, all of them with views to the garden and the countryside. The main room with a double bed is downstairs, as well as a bathroom. Upstairs there are another bathroom and three bedrooms with twin beds. There are three fans available. The cosy kitchen is equipped with blender, microwave, fridge with freezer, gas stove, electric oven, coffee Machine, toaster, dishwasher, juice maker, kettle and a lot more. In the laundry room there are washing Machine, iron and ironing board. From the kitchen you can access the bright dining room, furnished with a big table and chairs, so you can organize a meal with the whole family. The living room is very well decorated and it will make you feel as comfortable as if you were at your own House. The sofas invite you to lie down and watch satellite TV, read a book or surf the Internet (WIFI). The exterior are absolutely fantastic: go outside to the terrace, enjoy the views to the countryside, chill out with a glass of wine under the furnished porch, have breakfast in the sunny terrace, organize a BBQ, sunbathe or swim in the 10 x 5.5 meters pool. The House is located in a rural area but very well connected, so you can easily access to the main town of Manacor, where you will find commercial activity, leisure and services.
