This dapper terraced house is located close to the sea in Porto Colom. It has a private pool and can comfortably accommodate 6 people.

The delightful fishing village Porto Colom is situated on the East Coast of Mallorca. In the local harbour you can watch the traditional fishing boats, called llaüts. A 15 minutes' walk or a short drive by car takes you to the lovely bay Cala Marcal. On the beach you can rent sun loungers and sun umbrellas. After a stroll through the alleys, you can try fresh fish and good wine in one of the restaurants and just enjoy your holidays. A 15 minutes' drive takes you to Cala Millor with a safari-zoo and playgrounds for your kids. During the summer, there are lots of pubs where you can turn the night into day. Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. There is outdoor parking for 1 car. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The holding of events is forbidden. Pets are not allowed. Interior

The exteriors are beautiful. There is a 4.8 x 4.7 m private chlorine pool with a depth of 1.4 m. You will have access to a private porch, an exterior shower and a terrace with BBQ. This house offers accommodation on two floors and 130 m2. There is one bedroom with two twin beds on the ground floor. Furthermore, there are two more bedrooms on the first floor: one is equipped with a double bed and the other comes with a bunk/trundle bed for three people. There are two bathrooms, one on each floor. We can supply one cot and one high chair in case you need them. The bright sitting-dining room offers space for long table talks, cooking together or watching satellite-TV. The open kitchen with gas hob is fully-equipped. The laundry room has one washer, an iron and an ironing board.
